Board Meeting Minutes
April 11, 2009
Meeting opened at 2:37 pm.
Election of Officers
PRESIDENT: Gordon MacLean
VICE-PRESIDENT: Gary Lassila
TREASURER: Noel Hanson
SECRETARY: Sue Mickus
1. Play-downs to be played during the Reunion Spiel
2. Make-up games: should be the responsibility of the individual teams and skips and co-ordinate their own times.
3. Thirds & Skips are allowed to play; must take the lead or second position and not interfere or “coach” the other skip on strategy.
4. Tentative Schedule: Mid-May for Summer meeting.
5. Need to juggle team make-up for incoming new members. Need to let the teams know that teams need to take on new members; dependant upon the amount of new members registered at the Open Houses.
